SALAMANDER UNVEILS INTELLIGENT ACCOUNTABILITY AT INDIANAPOLIS FDIC
Indianapolis, Indiana played host to FDIC- the world’s largest firefighting training conference- at Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indianapolis Convention Center. This massive conference united fire fighters from around the world in order to provide training, networking opportunities, as well as instruction from industry authorities.
Salamander was in attendance for this substantial event, and although the emergency management company was among a plethora of vendors and corporations present at FDIC, Salamander had no trouble standing out.
The public unveiling of Intelligent Accountability by Salamander introduced a holistic, all-encompassing level of accountability to fire fighters and first responders, alike. Salamander’s industry leading ability to tag, track, and report responders on the ground- all in real time- allows these heroes the ability to serve their communities in unparalleled fashion. In addition to unveiling IA, Salamander teamed with Eastern Kentucky University at the trade show for increased accountability and tracking. EKU’s over 200 volunteers, and their equipment, were tracked by elements of Salamander’s Intelligent Accountability suite. Eastern Kentucky University had a common operating picture that allowed for real-time knowledge of where volunteers were stationed, and where they could send additional volunteers and equipment.
Salamander was proud to publicly unveil their Intelligent Accountability technology, and will continue to provide industry-leading service to those who pursue calamity for the sake of those who can’t.
