Evacuees, Migrants, & Workers Accountability

Safely Accounting for All

Safely Account for Evacuees, Migrants, & Workers

Salamander is utilized throughout the US for accountability during evacuee and migrant missions and initiatives. Together, we help organizations collect information to create unique credentials for evacuees, migrants, volunteers, workers, and responders. We have established workflows to document the check-ins of individuals at assignments. All information is reportable in real-time, any time. Below are areas where established workflows are in use.

EVACUEE / MIGRANT SOLUTIONS

Information Collection & Credentialing

Securely register individuals and create IDs with SalamanderLive at reception locations and shelters. Collect, store, and share important information such as:

  • Basic identification and contact info
  • Country of origin
  • Mode and date of arrival
  • Shelter, room, and bed assignments
  • Date of departure / transfer

Shelter / Evacuee Equipment Accountability

Account for the issuance and return of shelter assets, including cots, meals, clothes, and more. The exchange of all equipment is documented and reportable at any time.

On-Scene / Off-Scene Accountability

TRACK on-scene / off-scene accountability at each shelter. Quickly capture the completion of workflows (medical checks, room / shelter changes, etc.) by scanning the ID barcode. This will provide real-time visibility to accurate shelter totals, enabling resource availability and distribution planning.

RESPONDER / WORKER / VOLUNTEER SOLUTIONS

Information Collection & Credentialing

Have increased visibility to personnel and volunteers. Easily create a profile and print a credential using an on-site, dedicated responder / worker badging station. Scan badges to account for who is on-site.

On-Scene / Off-Scene Accountability

TRACK on-scene / off-scene accountability of workers at each of the shelters by scanning the ID barcode to check in / out of assignments. Easily create and manage an ICS structure of assignments. Access real-time, accurate worker PAR counts at each shelter, enabling resource availability and planning. All information is stored and reportable at any time.

Equipment Accountability

Account for the issuance and return of equipment, such as radios, computers, tablets, and phones to all workers, including volunteers. The exchange of all equipment is documented and reportable at any time.
