The dashboard gives users a high‑level view of people, communications, equipment, and events, with fully interactive data for quick navigation. A dedicated module highlights recently added or updated people, allowing one‑click access to their profiles. Summary counts show how many people are active, have expired qualifications or training, have expired printed TAGs, or have TAGs nearing expiration with each count clickable to instantly filter and display the relevant individuals.
The dashboard also highlights expiring and expired qualifications and trainings, making it easy to identify items that need attention.

Access a full suite of reports to get the information you need when you need it. Reports cover everything from contact details and assigned qualifications to issued inventory and more.
Fully Customizable Interface

For convenience, a color coded quick view is displayed to see status of the person and status of their TAG.
Printed Credential
Access essential credential details directly within the people profile, including the person’s TAG issued (printed) and expiration dates. Have full visibility of how many copies have been printed and have confidence that only the most recently printed TAG will appear as valid, ensuring that lost or older copies cannot be used. As information is encoded on each TAG, monitor QR code usage to support optimization efforts.
Import
Easily import and update people records using our template to ensure a smooth import process. Quickly add new people records with all required and optional profile details (location and contacts, employment, medical, etc.). Use the import process to make updates quickly and efficiently whenever profiles need to be refreshed.
